Wellsville — Officers were called to a Riverside Avenue residence by an infant’s father on Feb. 15 when he found the infant’s mother to be too intoxicated to care for her. The father’s concern was due to the infant needing to be fed through feeding tubes. Officers spoke with both the mother and father.
