Wellsville — Officers were called to a Riverside Avenue residence by an infant’s father on Feb. 15 when he found the infant’s mother to be too intoxicated to care for her. The father’s concern was due to the infant needing to be fed through feeding tubes. Officers spoke with both the mother and father. The father said that he did not want the mother to stay in his home, but he did not want her to take the baby and the mother said she wasn’t going anywhere without the baby.
