— Deputies were dispatched at 2:46 a.m. Saturday to Water Street, Salineville for a welfare check on a woman. Dispatch advised the caller was Veteran Crisis Line, who received a third-party call with limited information on the woman. Deputies spoke with the homeowner who said they did not know the woman and she did not live there.

— An alarm was reported at 1:41 a.m. Saturday at the maintenance building at the Rogers Flea Market and Auctions, old state Route 154, Elkrun Township. All doors were secure.

— Deputies responded at 8:51 p.m. Friday to the Tobin juvenile detention center on County Home Road, Lisbon to assist with a combative juvenile. When deputies arrived, staff advised the juvenile was back in his cell. Deputies spoke to him and he was very hostile. The supervisor present at Tobin said he could stay in his cell until he calmed down and deputies were told they could clear the scene.

— A deputy at 9:09 p.m. Friday returned a call to a Center Township resident on state Route 517 who said he believed the CIA was sending signals to his brain. He was asked if he needed any medical attention and he said no and that the problems weren’t serious. He just wanted a report on file.

— An assault was reported at 10:22 p.m. March 10 at the Traveler’s Inn, state Route 45, Center Township, where the victim reported a woman grabbed her by the collar of her shirt, she pushed her away and then the woman continued to grab the victim by the hair while pulling her down. The victim then punched her in the nose. The woman was also seen attempting to flatten the tires on the victim’s car with a pair of scissors and beat the hood, causing dents. A warrant was issued for her arrest for assault and criminal damaging.

— A woman on Adams Road, Unity Township at 5:50 p.m. March 10 reported a domestic violence incident at a residence on state Route 170, Middleton Township. A warrant for domestic violence and aggravated menacing was issued out of Columbiana County Municipal Court for the man.

— A deputy responded at 5:45 p.m. March 8 to Lakeview Drive, Hanover Township, regarding an open 911 line. The deputy was unable to make contact with anyone at the residence.
