— Deputies responded at 4:36 p.m. Sunday to Carmel Achor Road, Middleton Township for a domestic. Ashley Kerr, 34, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, was found to be the aggressor and taken to the county jail. She was arraigned Monday in Columbiana County Municipal Court for domestic violence, with a pretrial set for Oct. 2 for allegedly shoving another woman from behind and dumping a drink on her while they were arguing.
— Deputies were dispatched at 5:50 p.on. Saturday to Kirk Road, Fairfield Township, for a domestic violence report. Michael Cappelli, 27, Kirk Road, Columbiana, was charged with aggravated menacing and domestic violence for allegedly pulling out a pistol while arguing with a woman. He was taken to the county jail and was arraigned Monday in county Municipal Court, with a pretrial set for Oct. 2.
— A domestic was reported at 9:23 p.m. Friday on Kevin Drive, Knox Township. Deputies responded and a refusal was signed.
— A woman on Lower Elkton Road, Fairfield Township, reported at 9:02 p.m. Friday that she left her residence from 1:50 p.m. to 4 p.m. and someone attempted to gain entry into the attached garage by damaging the garage door. No entry was made and nothing was missing from the property.
— A woman on state Route 517, Center Township, called at 7:03 p.m. Friday to report a person sitting in her driveway in a vehicle. Deputies spoke with the person, who was from an insurance company and was at the residence for one of the woman’s family members.
— Deputies were dispatched at 5:36 p.m. Friday to Crestview Road, Fairfield Township, for a domestic violence report. Shane Linden, 46, Crestview Road, Leetonia, was charged with felony domestic violence for allegedly punching another man and taken to jail. He appeared for arraignment Monday in county Municipal Court and will face a preliminary hearing on Sept 22.
— A man on Mahoning Avenue, Knox Township, reported at 7:35 p.m. Sept. 11 that a person was trespassing on his property looking for someone flying a drone. While deputies were en route, he called back and said the person left. A deputy made contact with the person on Margaret Lane, Knox Township, and advised him to stay off of the man’s property. He apologized and said someone is harassing him with a drone.
— A woman on Mattix Road, Center Township reported at 5:25 p.m. Sept. 11 that her two teen sons are staying at their father’s residence on state Route 39, Yellow Creek Township, and he’s allegedly not sending them to school. She was advised to contact an attorney.
— A woman on Bluff Street, Center Township reported at 5:20 p.m. Sept. 11 that a person claiming to be an FBI agent requested she pay $3,500 to him directly so the alleged federal warrant issued for her can be deleted. The call type was listed as fraud.
— A woman on South 12th Street, Knox Township reported at 7:41 p.m. Sept. 10 that a stray dog killed her chicken, then left and returned. The Columbiana County Dog Warden was advised.
— A woman on state Route 14, Unity Township, reported at 7:12 p.m. Sept. 10 that her neighbor was harassing anyone who stops and looks at her residence that is for sale.
— A deputy was dispatched at 5:48 p.m. Sept. 10 to the soccer fields on East Lake Road, Hanover Township, for a disturbance between parents. While the deputy was en route, all parties involved left.
