— Matthew Trumbull was cited for speeding after his southbound vehicle on Salem Warren Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 5:43 a.m. Jan. 23.

— Lauren Woolf was cited for speeding after his northbound vehicle on Main Street was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 2:54 p.m. Jan. 22.

— Daniel Manning was cited for speeding after his northbound vehicle on Main Street was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 2:34 p.m. Jan. 22.

— Derrick Gabriel, Campbell, was cited for speeding and driving under suspension after his eastbound vehicle on state Route 165 was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 22.

— Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling north on state Route 45 with a headlight out at 12:01 a.m. Jan. 21. Officers found the driver, Ruth Fernandez, did not have a valid license, and had an active warrant through the Campbell Police Department within pickup range. Officers confirmed Campbell wanted Fernandez and took her into custody, transporting her to a business in Boardman Township to transfer custody, and cited her for driving under suspension and two headlights required.

— Kanvally Kalo was cited for speeding after their northbound vehicle on Youngstown Salem Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 8:57 p.m. Jan. 20.

— Officers on patrol on Salem Unity Road at 4:24 p.m. Jan. 19 noticed traffic was back up from near city limits to Beaver Creek Road. Officers checked the area, locating a vehicle that was unable to move in the snow. Officers attempted to assist in pushing the vehicle to flat ground, but it remained stuck, and Marlboro Towing was contacted to remove the vehicle.

— Officers responded to a one vehicle crash on Youngstown Salem Road at 8:19 a.m. Jan. 19. Officers found a vehicle which had recently been pulled from the ditch by another vehicle. The driver, Brady Barnhouse, advised that his tires were bald, and he lost control and went off the snow-covered roadway. Officers checked his driver’s license and found him to be suspended. Officers advised Barnhouse he was being cited for failure to control and driving under suspension, and Barnhouse was given a ride by a licensed driver.

— A vehicle driven northwest on Cleveland East Liverpool Road by Garrett Haskins, 29, Salem, was rear ended by a vehicle driven by an unknown driver, causing Haskins’ vehicle to go into the ditch on the north side of the road, before fleeing the scene at 4:40 a.m. Jan. 19.
