Lisbon
— Police responded at 8:16 a.m. Sunday to state Route 154 where a vehicle turning into the BP station slid off of the pavement into a ditch. Baker’s Towing assisted in getting the vehicle back on the road.
— A noise complaint was reported at 11:11 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of East Washington Street where police asked the person to keep the noise minimal.
— A reckless driver was reported at 7:21 a.m. Nov. 29 in the area of the Canton bridge on East Lincoln Way in a silver Ford Focus. The vehicle was not located and it was determined it turned southbound out of the village. The Ohio State Highway Patrol was notified.
— An officer at 4:01 p.m. Nov. 28 had a conversation with a woman who claimed she was assaulted by a girlfriend, then talked with the officer about a traffic ticket from the night before and several other topics, including a refusal by a business to sell her a gun.
— A woman from Industry, Pa. reported she came out of a quilt meeting at First United Methodist Church on South Market Street and noticed damage to her vehicle at 12:22 p.m. Nov. 27.
— A citation for expired plate was issued against a driver during a traffic stop at 10:53 a.m. Nov. 26 on state Route 154 near state Route 11 north. The officer could smell the odor of marijuana and conducted a probable cause search, locating one baggie of marijuana buds which were taken for destruction. The driver also had a warrant for her arrest, but it was out of the pickup radius.
