— Sue Leclerc, 42, Salem, was cited for a seatbelt violation and improper passing and given a warning for expired driver’s license after his northbound vehicle on Youngstown Salem Road overtook several vehicles in a no-passing zone with no turn signals at 1:20 a.m. Sunday.

— Linda Feltner, 72, Sebring was cited for driving under suspension after a random registration check on her vehicle on Youngstown Salem Road showed the owner to be suspended at 11:39 p.m. Friday.

— Justin Jones, 23, Austell, Georgia, was cited for expired registration and issued warnings for multiple equipment violations after his westbound vehicle on West South Range Road was observed with a headlight out and a broken right taillight at 12:05 a.m. Friday.

— Leah Janci, 33, Leetonia, was cited for speeding after her westbound vehicle on Alliance Salem Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 7:59 p.m. Dec. 7.

— Brock Morrison, 20, Massillon, was cited for speeding after his eastbound vehicle on West South Range Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 4:38 p.m. Dec. 7.

— Violet Savage, 24, Alliance was cited for failure to obey traffic control devices after her westbound vehicle on Fifth Street failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Main Street, at 6:50 p.m. Dec. 6.

— Officers responded to the 8500 block of Calla Road at 7 p.m. Dec. 5 for a report of a vehicle parked near the homeowner’s garage with the lights off. Officers checked the area but did not locate anything abnormal, advising the homeowner of the same.

— Mark Contreras, 40, Ringgold, Georgia, was cited for failure to obey traffic control devices after his northbound vehicle on South Salem Road failed to stop at a stop sign at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 5.

— Koby Plum, 22, East Liverpool, was cited for speeding after his southbound vehicle on Youngstown Salem Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 4.

— Jan Hoagland, 57, North Lima, was cited for display of plates after his eastbound vehicle on state Route 165 was observed to have an expired registration sticker at 8:45 a.m. Dec. 4.

— David Penezich III, 24, Salem, was cited for speeding and improper passing after his northbound vehicle on Youngstown Salem Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit and passing three vehicles without proper turn signals or horn alert at 7:37 a.m. Dec. 4.

— Amanda Berry, 39, Mechanicstown, was cited for obeying traffic control devices and issued a warning for a headlight violation after her southbound vehicle on state Route 45 failed to stop at a stop sign at 4:55 a.m. Dec. 4.

— Joseph Garwood, 36, Lisbon, was cited for speeding after his eastbound vehicle on West Western Reserve Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 3 p.m. Dec. 3.

— Officers responded to the area of Seacrist Road and West Middletown Road at 8 a.m. Dec. 3 for a report of goats running loose. Officers checked the area from West Middletown Road to West South Range Road but did not locate any.
