— A man at 11:52 a.m. Saturday requested a welfare check on his two children who were with their mother at a home on Carbon Hill Road, Middleton Township, expressing concern that a third party might be there also. Deputies found the children in good health, provided with warmth, shelter and food in the care of their mother. The third party was not there.

— Deputies received an anonymous call at 12:27 a.m. Saturday regarding a male and female involved in a fight at a Columbiana Waterford Road, Fairfield Township residence. Upon arrival, with assistance from Columbiana police officers, deputies located the couple outside in the front yard arguing. Both resided at the residence and said they were only arguing and there was no violence. A refusal to cooperate was signed by both parties.

— A noise complaint was reported at 1:07 a.m. Friday in the area of 10th Street and state Route 39 in Yellow Creek Township, but no noise or suspicious activity was found.

— A theft was reported at 6:23 p.m. Dec. 5 on Rochester Road, West Township, with a warrant issued out of Columbiana County Municipal Court for a female from Robertsville.

— A New Waterford woman on Nov. 23 reported at 4:07 p.m. that her ex-boyfriend had been texting and calling her. She was told to block him from all media and to contact New Waterford police.
