— Dakota S. McCluskey, 31, Lisbon, was arrested on an active warrant out of Columbiana County after an officer observed him walking with another person in the 200 block of Front Street at 12:18 a.m. Nov. 22 and questioned them, believing them to be underage, finding McCluskey to have the warrant.
— A caller at Nov, 21 requested a welfare check conducted on a gaming station at a Waddell Street home from which he had recently been evicted and the remaining resident was not giving him it back to him. The remaining resident said she did not have the item and the caller would not report it as stolen. The caller was advised officers only do welfare checks on humans.
