— Officers responded to the 1800 block of Harvey Avenue at 11:16 p.m. Oct. 15 in reference to shots fired at a home, but found no evidence of such.
— Officers responded to the 1000 block of St. George Street at 10:07 p.m. Oct. 15 in reference to the resident’s daughter damaging the home. Officers found that the daughter was intoxicated and causing problems. The resident said she would leave for the night.
— Officers responded to the 200 block of West Seventh Street at 7:36 p.m. Oct. 15 in reference to a woman who had been having stomach issues and was found deceased.
— Devon G. Lockhart, 21, no address listed, was charged with criminal mischief and public intoxication after officers responded to the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue at 5:16 p.m. Oct. 15 where he was reportedly intoxicated and damaging a home.
— Officers responded to the East Liverpool City Hospital at 4:28 p.m. Oct. 15 in reference to a man who was medically cleared but would not leave. Officers spoke with the man who was disoriented and said people were following him and trying to kill him. The man was willingly returned to the hospital for evaluation.
— Officers responded to the 1800 block of Harvey Avenue at 3:33 p.m. Oct. 15 where a juvenile reported another person had assaulted him during a discussion and wanted files charged. Officers were unable to find any evidence the assault occurred.
— Officers responded to the 1200 block of Erie Street at 10:26 a.m. Oct. 15 in reference to an assault in which a woman, identified as Julie Carl-Picklesimer, no age or address listed, grabbed a resident and shoved her into a TV, causing it to fall and break. The Carl-Picklesimer was going to be charged accordingly.
— Officers responded to the 400 block of Grant Street at 11:53 p.m. Oct. 14 in reference to a man who had broken through the door of a residence during an altercation. Nothing physical occurred and officers were unable to contact the man in question.
— Officers responded to the first block of First Street at 7:19 a.m. Oct. 14 in reference to shots fired. Officers checked the area but were unable to find anything suspicious.
— Officers responded to the 900 block of St. George Street at 4:32 a.m. Oct. 14 where a caller reported a man she knows had assaulted her in her vehicle before leaving the area. The caller refused medical treatment and was provided a domestic violence packet to complete.
— Officers responded to the 200 block of Wilbert Avenue at 4 a.m. Oct. 14 in reference to possible shots fired, but weer unable to find anything out of the ordinary.
— Michael R. McGonigal, 40, no address listed, was charged with public intoxication after officers responded to the 900 block of Orchard Grove Avenue at 11:59 p.m. Oct. 13 in reference to a man yelling for help and found him sitting against a utility pole. McGonigal admitted to ingesting LSD and was transported by ambulance to the city hospital.
— Officers responded to the first block of Lincoln Avenue at 12:21 a.m. Oct. 14 in reference to a domestic dispute and found it to be verbal only. One of the people involved was given a courtesy ride to another residence and advised of the process to get a protection order.
— A West Seventh Street business employee reported at 11:52 p.m. Oct. 13 receiving death threats from an unknown number.
— A Market Street resident reported at 2:37 p.m. Oct. 13 where a resident reported her mail had been moved from its delivery point and opened.
