Court News LISBON — A man accused of discharging a firearm improperly in 2023 was recently sentenced to an indefinite term of two to four years in prison during sentencing for three separate indictments in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Brandon R. Moore, 23, Annsley Road, East Liverpool, received concurrent sentences, meaning all the time will be served at the same time as the two to four years, with credit for 210 days served.
