Winona Ruritan Club holds August meeting

WINONA – The Winona Ruritan Club held its August meeting at the Winona Friends Church Aug. 25. Vice President Tom Richey called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Lee Stamp and Tom Richey led the club in the singing of “America.” Homer Althouse gave the invocation.
