Court News LISBON – A Lisbon man sentenced to at least nine years in prison for threatening to kill a woman while choking her and punching her last fall has appealed his sentence. Frederick E. Krueger, 35, Shelby Road, is appealing his punishment after Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Washam found him guilty during a trial to the court in August.
