LISBON – The Columbiana County Board of Developmental Disabilities Wednesday approved multiple personnel hires. The board approved the creation of a new management level position for communications, compliance and information manager along with establishing the pay scale. The board then approved Marci Higgins for the position. Salem City Health District to host resource fair Saturday

SALEM — The Salem City Health District will hold its fifth annual Health Resource Fair Saturday. The fair will be held in Waterworth Memorial Park from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m. Saturday, coinciding with the annual Art in the Park festival, presented by Myers Family Insurance.
