LISBON (WKBN) — A Lisbon man has died after a vehicle and motorcycle crashed in Madison Township Sunday. According to a report from the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Lisbon Post, Glenn R. Kennedy, 61, of Lisbon, was pronounced dead on the scene after being hit by a vehicle turning left on State Route 45. The report states Kennedy was traveling southbound on State Route 45 on his motorcycle when he was struck by a Nissan Altima attempting a turn onto Osbourne Road. EAST LIVERPOOL — East Liverpool has received funding for a mural on a Fifth Street building. Mayor Bobby Smith told city council members Monday the city has been awarded a mural grant through the efforts of Lisa Painter, deputy director of LeapHub.
