Goodwill Center anticipates mid-fall-early winter opening in East Liverpool

EAST LIVERPOOL – The multipurpose Goodwill Center in East Liverpool is estimated to be open and operational by mid-November at the earliest and early January at the latest. The Goodwill Center, which will house a Goodwill retail store and place for donations on the first floor and 21 offices for social services and training organizations on the second, will be located at 115 W. Valley gets $270K in grants to connect opioid survivors with help

Agencies in the Mahoning Valley will receive more than $270,000 in state grants to help connect survivors of opioid addiction to treatment and recovery programs.
