East Liverpool Fire Department conducts zero visibility training

East Liverpool Firefighters are constantly training when on duty. Firefighter Shayne Hamilton works with Firefighter Clayton Elliot on how to follow a hose in a house with zero visibility and remove clutter or debris from out of the way during a house fire.
