Wall, the man sentenced to prison for the rest of his life for killing Robert E. “Hubba” Herron on Sept. 9, 2024 in Wellsville, recently lost his appeal, with the appellate court finding his claims of error lacked merit. WINONA – The Winona Ruritan Club met July 28 at the Winona Friends Church. Vice-President Tom Richey called the meeting to order and he and Secretary Lee Stamp led the Club in the singing of “America.” Homer Althouse gave the”Invocation.” The caterer served a meal consisting of tossed vegetable salad with choice of dressings, baked pork loin in gravy, mashed potatoes, dressing, corn, bread and butter, and beverage plus a peach dump cake.
