Man serving life in prison loses appeal of conviction for 2024 Wellsville shooting death
LISBON — Jeno L. Wall, the man sentenced to prison for the rest of his life for killing Robert E. “Hubba” Herron on Sept. 9, 2024 in Wellsville, recently lost his appeal, with the appellate court finding his claims of error lacked merit.
