Rulli says bill will end predatory litigation by ‘radical groups’

Michael Rulli, R-Salem, introduced a bill he said will end predatory litigation by “radical special-interest groups” against the federal government filed under the Equal Access to Justice Act. No parking order to be in effect beginning July 6 Wellsville Mayor Bob Boley has issued a no parking order beginning July 6 on 10th Street from Commerce to Main on the northbound/right side of the road. Commissioners approve property tax relief

LISBON — Columbiana County commissioners agreed Wednesday to give taxpayers who own and occupy their homes a break of 2.5 % on next year’s property tax bill. That’s on top of what state legislators recently approved to increase the owner occupancy credit. “It may not be a lot of relief, but it’s some relief,” Commissioner Tim Ginter said.
