LISBON — Columbiana County Engineer Bert Dawson said his department is still working on a salt issue after receiving no bids for sodium chloride rock salt for the upcoming winter. HANOVERTON — A United Local High School coach has unveiled plans for a dedicated team room for girls’ athletic programs, with a separate locker room for visiting teams.
