One dead after two-vehicle crash on state Route 170
ST. CLAIR TWP., (WKBN) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed one person Saturday night.
The crash happened at around 7:30 p.m. on SR 170.
According to the report, a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado went left of center and struck a 2017 Ford Escape, killing the driver of the Escape, who has been identified as Katelyn Williams, 26, of Negley, Ohio.
The driver of the Silverado reported no injuries.
OSHP was assisted on the scene by St. Clair Township Police, the Columbiana County Coroner’s Office, Calcutta Fire and EMS, North Star Critical Care and First-Class Towing.
Both lanes of SR 170 were briefly closed, but have since reopened.
The crash is under investigation.
