According to a morning release from the East Liverpool Police Dept:

“On February 4, 2026 at 7:49 PM we received a call of a man struck by a vehicle in the

700 block of Bradshaw Ave. Braidy C. Ingram of East Liverpool was pronounced

deceased approximately an hour after the accident at East Liverpool City Hospital.

The vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene heading up the hill on Bradshaw Ave

and was located a little time later parked in the 400 section of Wilbert Ave in the City of

East Liverpool. The driver and passengers, total of three adult females and two young

juveniles, were located and brought to the police station and interviewed.

This incident is under investigation and will be reviewed with the Columbiana County

Prosecutors Office to determine if charges will be filed.
