Crews remove bus stuck under bridge in Columbiana
COLUMBIANA (WKBN) — Columbiana police and fire removed a bus stuck under a bridge Friday afternoon.
According to Columbiana police, the call came in just after 3:45 p.m. for a bus stuck under the Lisbon underpass on State Route 164.
Crews worked to remove the bus for over two hours, but it was successfully hauled out by a tow truck, and the scene was cleared just after 6 p.m.
A Norfolk Southern inspector was called to check out the bridge. It’s unknown if there is any damage, but police said it is still standing.
It’s unknown if there were any injuries.
