The Lisbon Ruritanas recently held their annual gun raffle. The winner this year was James Sadler of Lisbon. Proceeds are used to give scholarships every year to deserving high school seniors. The Lisbon Ruritans recognized all who participated in this year’s raffle including Mike Runzo and his staff at Runzo’s Outdoor Sports in Beloit, The Rogers Sale, The Lisbon VFW, The Lisbon Chamber of Commerce, and Tom Leetch at Cooks Barber Shop in East Palestine.
