The Columbiana County Community Action Agency held its annual Trunk-or-Treat event at Lincole Place in Lisbon on Thursday. Local businesses set up shop to give away treats, free popcorn was handed out and kids’ activities kept the costumed candy seekers entertained. The event also included a contest, games and music.
