EAST LIVERPOOL –The East Liverpool School District will be presenting a tribute to Frank “Digger” Dawson at 1 p.m. Thursday at the ELHSAA Clock Tower. This event will be outdoors and open to all alumni and friends of the ELHSAA founder.

In continuation with The East Liverpool Alumni Association, the Tri-State Area Pottery Festival will be having a memorial tribute from noon-1:30 p.m. Sunday on the main stage area.

A tribute video will be done by Jason Croxall and photos provided by Jimmy Joe Savage, who will be a keynote speaker along with Alumni President Jeff Kreefer and Mayor Bobby Smith. Bill Crawford, Charlie Miller and Jim Sabatini II will be performing as a trio for the tribute ceremony.

There will be a silent walk from the main stage to the Alumni Clock Tower where the tribute will conclude.

All attending are encouraged to wear East Liverpool Potter T-shirts or a shirt in Potter Blue color in honor of Frank “Digger” Dawson.
