Leetonia festival to feature murder mystery dinner

LEETONIA — The village’s second annual Fall Festival is slated for Sept. 24 and 25, with proceeds going toward the continue revitalization of downtown.

The festival is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 24 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 25. The event will include crafts, vendors, food, bounce house, local wines and ciders – a little something for everyone.

“The Fall Festival Committee is looking to help promote downtown Leetonia and help raise funds to support future events in the community,” Mayor Kevin Siembida said, noting the village has been successful in obtaining multiple grants to fund the rebuilding of the downtown district. “All the proceeds from this event will go back to the community and assist the various development projects.”

Vendors interested in participating in the event may contact Missy Cooper at 330-921-9074, Christina Capaldi at 330-277-8401 or Courtney Branch at 330-824-1669.
