Toy drive begins

The Stadium GM Superstore worked with Columbiana County Toys for Tots Representative Scott Henthorn and local Marines to kick off Stadium GM’s annual holiday toy drive. According to Henthorn, the dealership collected 2000 toys last year. The goal this year is to collect 1000 toys for area children. Toys can be donated to Stadium GM Superstore at 214 West State Street, Salem. Toys are being collected Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Toys can also be donated from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Toys should be new, in the original packaging and unwrapped. Shorty Navarro, owner of Stadium GM has a personal connection with the Marine driven Toys for Tots program as a former Marine himself.
