Paulin Sr., 47, Van Buren Drive, Salem, were bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony assault on a police officer and misdemeanors of domestic violence, resisting arrest and obstructing official business. Court News LISBON — A Washingtonville man found not guilty by reason of insanity in 2024 for felonious assault and other charges will be evaluated again to see if conditional release remains appropriate.
