LISBON — An East Palestine man has been bound over to the grand jury for alleged strangulation.
Eric McVicker, 45, Alice Street, East Palestine, was bound over to the grand jury charged with strangulation for allegedly strangling, threatening and striking another person leaving them with a cut on their eye and red marks and blood on their neck on Aug. 15 in East Palestine.
Lon Lawrence, 48, Applewood Lane, Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, was fined $900 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 suspended for possessing criminal tools and engaging in prostitution for arranging to meet with an undercover agent in the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force for sexual acts in exchange for $200 in East Palestine on Nov. 1, 2024 and possessing the cell phone used to arrange the criminal acts and three separately packaged clear tear-offs containing suspected cocaine at that time.
Myron Youngblood, 44, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for two counts of criminal trespass for entering a Grove Alley property in East Liverpool on Nov. 8, 2023, and for being inside a condemned Avondale Avenue residence in East Liverpool Jan. 27.
Joseph Ingledue Jr., 31, Liberty Street, Columbiana, was fined $80 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Dwayne Ellison, 51, Township Road, Toronto, was fined $50 for expired operator’s license.
A pretrial was set Sept. 8 for David Bailey, 53, Bluff Street, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly “coming at” another person aggressively several times and hitting their cell phone out of their hand during an argument on Aug. 28 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set Dec. 9 for Edith Martin, 57, Sunnyside Street, East Liverpool, charged with drug paraphernalia and failure to signal before stopping for allegedly having a two burnt glass pipes, a paper with unknown residue, a plastic bag with an unknown crystal-like substance and a pink bag with an unknown rock-like substance in her vehicle during a traffic stop in East Liverpool on Aug. 21.
