— Jerrid Kotsch, 38, Woodville Road, Leetonia, was sentenced three years in a state correctional facility with credit for 233 days served for third-degree felonies of complicity in the commission of an offense and having weapons while under disability and misdemeanors of falsification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Kotsch was being detained as a fugitive from justice and had a loaded firearm in a bag of clothing in the back of the truck in which he was a passenger on Sept. 17, 2023. He also possessed drug paraphernalia, multiple hypodermic needles and used someone else’s driver’s license when asked for ID. From Oct 3, 2021 to Oct. 6, 2021, he was accused of soliciting or procuring another person to commit illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility.

— Mackain Wallace, 43, Ephriam Street, East Liverpool, was placed on community control for three years and given credit for one day served for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Wallace possessed methamphetamine on May 6, 2022.
