LISBON — A Wellsville woman entered guilty pleas to multiple charges in multiple indictments recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, including more than a dozen drug charges and a charge for her involvement in a drive-by shooting last year.
Jordyn Price, 26, McKee Road, pleaded guilty to second-degree felony complicity to commission of an offense, along with a three-year firearm specification for the April 13, 2023 incident in Columbiana County when she drove a co-defendant past a victim’s residence while he fired multiple shots into the residence from the vehicle.
Price will face sentencing on Sept. 27 for all the cases.
In one of the drug indictments from earlier this year, Price pleaded guilty to third-degree felonies of aggravated trafficking in drugs and two counts aggravated possession of drugs, fourth-degree felonies of trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin and two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree felonies of trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, along with a specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case for possessing $6,245.
First-degree felonies of trafficking in fentanyl-related compound and possession of fentanyl-related compound will be dismissed.
One count stemmed from Price’s alleged possession of methamphetamine in an amount equal or exceeding bulk, but less than five times bulk on Sept. 1, 2023. The other counts stemmed from Feb. 2, 2024 and involved methamphetamine in an amount equal or exceeding bulk, but less than five times bulk, heroin in an amount equal or greater than 1 gram but less than five grams, cocaine in an amount equal or greater than 1 gram but less than five grams, and MDMA, oxycodone and xylazine.
In another 2024 case, Price pleaded guilty to third-degree felonies of trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, trafficking in fentanyl-related compound and possession of fentanyl-related compound and fifth-degree felony trafficking in drugs, with charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanor possession of drugs will be dismissed.
The charges all stem from an incident April 6, 2024 and involved cocaine in an amount equal or greater than 20 grams but less than 27 grams, an amount of fentanyl equal or greater than five grams but less than 10 grams and xylazine.
Price also pleaded guilty to third-degree felony charges of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, and specifications for forfeiture of money from a drug case. Charges of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine and two counts aggravated possession of drugs and one count possession of drugs will be dismissed.
According to the indictment, Price on Dec. 11, 2023 brought drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility. On Dec. 10 and 11 in 2023, Price prepared for sale and possessed an amount of methamphetamine equal or greater than five times bulk, but less than 50 times bulk, along with possessing $2,150.
Price also pleaded guilty to charges from a case in 2023 to third-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft for remaining at an Avondale, East Liverpool property to commit theft after being told to leave by the homeowner when he left for work May 1, 2023.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
— Misdemeanor charges of assault and obstructing official business against Corey Andrew Cantwell, 25, Creek Road, New Waterford, were returned to the county Municipal Court docket, with a pretrial set for July 29. On March 10 in East Palestine, Cantwell allegedly slammed a woman to the ground and struck her, then disrupted her attempt to call 911 and fled on foot after she was able to make the call. He was allegedly in possession of a cell phone when police placed him in custody, then police executed a search warrant to search the phone on March 19, finding images of child sexual assault material. In Common Pleas Court, he’s still facing 25 counts of fourth-degree felony pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person for allegedly possessing numerous images of child sexual assault material on the cell phone. A status hearing remains set for Aug. 2, with a jury trial set for Aug. 20.

LISBON — A Lisbon man, who allegedly made threats to “shoot up” the Columbiana County Job and Family Services building was bound over to the grand jury. Nicholas Taulbee, 32, McKinney Avenue is charged with aggravated menacing, a fifth-degree felony. Taulbee also allegedly threatened to “blow the head off” of a Children Services employee and made verbal threats to another on July 6.
Malissa Moore, 50, Cornell Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury a second-degree felonious assault charge. Moore allegedly threw a bottle at another woman and attempted to hit the woman with her car on July 1 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set July 30 for Shane Hart, 31, West Main Street, Salineville, charged with falsification, making false alarm and inducing a panic. Officers responded to a residence in Salineville to report a female who had overdosed on methamphetamine and was unconscious. EMS at the scene advised officers on arrival that the woman was not overdosing and there was no medical emergency. An investigation allegedly determined that Hart had made the call because he was upset with the woman.
A pretrial hearing was set July 30 for Garrett Andrews, 26, state Route 7, Lisbon, charged with failure to comply, use of unauthorized plate and stop sign and reckless operation. Andrews allegedly failed to stop when officers initiated a traffic stop on Dresden Ave. on July 5 in East Liverpool. Andrews was riding a motorcycle and reached speeds of 60 mph in a 25 mph zone. He later drove into a ditch, putting the motorcycle on its side and attempting to flee on foot before he was apprehended.
A pretrial hearing was set Oct. 7 for Rosanna Butler, 34, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, charged with open container, obstructing a grade crossing and OVI.
A pretrial hearing was set Oct. 28 for Hector Conlon, 27, Sandstone Lane, Canfield, charged with driving under suspension.
A pretrial was set July 30 for Megan Stofen, 29 Cleveland Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with falsification, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Stofen gave officers a false name when they responded to a trespassing call on July 26 at Park Court in Columbiana. A meth pipe was allegedly found in her possession as was methamphetamine.
Jakob Basham, 18, was fined $300 and sentenced to 50 days in jail with credit for 49 days served and two years probation for obstructing official business aggravating menacing, underage consumption of alcohol and disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence. On May 24, officers were called to Third Street in Salem by a woman who claimed Basham was attempting to harm her and backed her into a corner. An intoxicated Bashman was later transported to Salem Regional Medical Center for an evaluation and threatened medical staff. He also threatened officers at the scene.
Andrew Brown, 40, Elmwood Drive, Lisbon, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 suspended and credit for three served for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Brown took a vehicle from a residence in Center Township without permission around May 1.
A pretrial hearing was set Sept. 30 for Crystal Shreve, 45, Florence Street, East Liverpool, charged with theft and possessing criminal tools. Shreve allegedly concealed merchandise valued at $100.15 and left Walmart on Dresden in Calcutta without paying for the 17 items on July 9.
A pretrial hearing was set Oct, 7 for Josh Wiegand, 46, Akron, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Wiegand allegedly agreed to exchange sexual activity for $240 from an undercover agent and traveled to Salem on July 18 to do so.
Glenn Galloway, 42, Collins Memorial Drive Chester, was fined $280 for carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug abuse instrument, no valid sticker and driving under suspension. Galloway was found in possession of two syringes and brass knuckles following a traffic stop on state Route 267 in St. Clair Township on Dec. 19.
A pretrial was set Oct. 28 for Janlee Manypenny 45, Benton Road, Salem charged with OVI and tail lights.
A pretrial hearing was set for Dineane Smith, Alpha St., East Liverpool, charged with failure to return a payment of tax. Smith allegedly failed to file city income tax for tax years 2019 through 2022 and owes remittance totaling $16,000 for tax eats 2013 through 2023.
Christopher Rose, 29, Grove Valley Alley, East Liverpool was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Timberlynn Davis, 27, Akron, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Russell Adiar, 21, Ellsworth Road, Berlin Center, was fined $250 and sentenced to 210 days in jail with 205 suspended and credit for five served for reckless operation amended from physical control and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Adiar was also sentenced to 20 hours of community service and a one-year license suspension as well as a three-day driving intervention class. Adair was found with a shotgun in his vehicle while impaired on June 27 on South Main Street in Columbiana.
Joshua Board 34, Windrose Court, Columbiana, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
A pretrial hearing was set Sept. 26 for Enayat Shahidifar, Youngstown, charged with texting while driving.
William Barrett, Jr., 43, Grant Street. Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Quint Witherow, 41, Steubenville Pike, Salineville, was fined $430 and sentenced to 270 days in jail with 210 suspended credit for 23 days served and 20 hours of community service for obstructing official business, theft, driving under suspension and no motorcycle endorsement. Charges of no brake light and failure to display a valid sticker were dismissed. Witherow fled on foot after a traffic stop on June 20 in Columbiana, failing to follow lawful commands, which resulted in the release of K9 to apprehend Witherow. The theft charge stems from a report made on June 4 by a woman who claimed she had paid Witherow $500 to cut down a pine tree on her property but the work was never completed.
A pretrial was set Oct. 28 for Kayla Roberts, 25, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, charged with falsification. Roberts allegedly created a fraudulent insurance card and emailed it to law enforcement. Roberts reported someone had struck her vehicle and then left the scene on Lincoln Avenue in East Liverpool on July 19. She later allegedly emailed the fake insurance card after several requests by the officer investigating.
A pretrial was set Oct. 28 for Caleb Holbrook, Leavittsburg, charged with driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
Angela Nalley 45,Mulberry Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for no operator’s license.
Colleen Rapp, 26, Austintown, was fined $150 for wrongful entrustment.
A pretrial was set Aug. 29 for Willis Brink, 56, Whinnery Road, Salem charged with speed.
Charges of driving under suspension were dismissed against Kyle Gatrell, 29, Smith Street, East Liverpool.
Jade Mayer, 27, Industry, Pa., was fined $1,105 and sentenced to 80 days in jail with 87 suspended and credit for three days served for OVI, failure to control, no operator’s license and no seatbelt. He was also ordered to serve 20 hours of community service and his license was suspended for a year.
Brandon Mango, 46, Gillis Lane, Hanoverton, was fined $875 and sentenced to 80 days in jail with credit for three served and 87 suspended for OVI. His license was also suspended for one year.
A pretrial was set Oct. 31 for Sean Labbe, 51, Warren, charged with speed.
