LISBON — Jared Ser, 28, Sharon, Pa., was served Wednesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for illegal conveyance of weapons onto the ground of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony, for allegedly trying to take a weapon or dangerous ordnance onto the grounds of a facility on Jan. 11, 2023.
