LISBON — In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court:
— Larry Ellis Jr., 38, state Route 45, Lisbon, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for fourth-degree felony domestic violence for knowingly causing or attempting to cause physical harm to another on Feb. 27, 2023. Ellis pled guilty to the lesser-included offense.
— William Martin, 51, Malvern, pled guilty to lesser-included offenses of two counts of misdemeanor attempted breaking and entering and was sentenced to 65 days in jail, with credit for 65 days served, leaving zero days left to serve. On Sept. 27, 2022, Martin engaged in conduct that, if successful, would constitute or result in breaking and entering.
