LISBON — A Salem man accused of sexual contact with two children over three and a half years starting in 2019 was served Monday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.

Jesse McGuire, 37, West Sixth Street, was charged with four counts of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony. The indictment alleged the incidents occurred from Jan. 1, 2019 to May 24, 2022, with two counts involving sexual contact starting when one child was 10 years old and the other two counts involving sexual contact starting when another child was 12 years old.

Also served with a secret indictment, on Friday, was Richard Michael James Tittle, 33, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with fifth-degree felonies of possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound for allegedly possessing cocaine and fentanyl on June 24, 2022.
