LISBON — John Deem, 30, Ray Street, East Liverpool, pled guilty to third-degree felony unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.

Deem engaged in sexual conduct with a child victim who was 13 years of age or older and less than 16 years of age on or about Aug. 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021, according to court documents.

Sentencing is set for April 26.

At the time of sentencing, two other charges of first-degree felony rape and fourth-degree felony gross sexual imposition will be dismissed.

Also in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court:

— Dennis Quinn, 63, state Route 45, Lisbon, was placed on probation for three years, which included 47 days already served in jail, for third-degree felony identity fraud. Quinn was accused of using a female’s personal information over a 12-year period from Dec. 5, 2009 to July 21, 2021 with the intent to make himself out to be the female.

— David Talbott, 33, Henry Avenue, East Liverpool was sentenced to 12 months in prison, with credit for 87 days served in jail, for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He also received a mandatory $5,000 fine. Talbott possessed methamphetamine in an amount equal or exceeding the bulk amount but less than five times the bulk amount on March 25, 2021.

— Branden Endsley, 23, Woodsdale Road, Salem, was sentenced to three years of community control and six months at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Wellsville for fourth-degree felony aggravated assault for injuring a juvenile victim on Feb. 8. The incident occurred at a Woodsdale Road, Salem, property where Endsley grabbed the juvenile by the arm or hand and twisted or manipulated the limb in such a way that it resulted in a “closed fracture of the phalanx of the digit of the hand,” according to a medical professional on court documents.

— Tiffany Keys, 40, Midland, Pa., pled guilty to fifth-degree felony possession of heroin for allegedly possessing heroin on Oct. 9, 2020. Keys’ motion for intervention was granted and an intervention plan will be enacted for two years for Keys to be under the supervision of the Columbiana County Adult Probation Department.

— Danielle Billman, 49, Canton, pled guilty to second-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine, and fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs for preparing methamphetamine and possessing methamphetamine equal to or greater than five times the bulk amount but less than 50 times the bulk amount and also for possessing cocaine and flualprazolam all on Sept. 6, 2021.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 12. At the time of sentencing, a count of second-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs will be dismissed.

— Rusty Altman, 51, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, pled guilty to possession of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, for possessing buprenorphine on Jan. 31, 2022 and possessing methamphetamine on June 24, 2023.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 11.
