Grand Jury
LISBON — An East Liverpool man already indicted for multiple charges related to a break-in and damage done at the Kent State University building in East Liverpool is facing an additional vandalism charge for a Nov. 30 incident.
David Gamble, 34, Avondale Street, was served recently with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand jury for fifth-degree felony vandalism. The new indictment alleged that Gamble caused serious physical harm to a surveillance camera owned by a governmental entity.
He’s already charged with fifth-degree felonies of breaking and entering, vandalism and possessing criminal tools and misdemeanors of theft, criminal trespass and three counts criminal damaging. On Nov. 29, Gamble was allegedly located on the third floor of the Kent State University building in East Liverpool, along with an ax used to break the glass door to make entry. On Nov. 24, he was seen on video inside Nikki’s Market in East Liverpool and bent the fan blades on the air conditioning unit.
Also served with secret indictments were:
— Timothy Wilson, 46, West Pershing Street, Salem, second-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs, second-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs, all with specifications for forfeiture of money in a drug case, for allegedly possessing and packaging for sale methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than five times bulk, but less than 50 times bulk, for possessing oxycodone and alprazolam and possessing $358 on May 24, 2023.
— Cory Haueter, 37, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than bulk but less than five times bulk on Sept. 20, 2022.
— Erin Atkinson, 43, Pembrooke Drive, Salem, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine.
