Grand Jury
LISBON — Robert Milton Miller V, Carter Street, East Liverpool, was served Tuesday with a secret indictment issued in 2022 by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for illegal cultivation of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly growing marijuana on Aug. 27, 2021 in an amount equal or exceeding 200 grams but less than 1,000 grams.
