LISBON — A woman allegedly caught with more than 200 grams of cocaine in her possession is facing multiple felony counts, including a specification as a major drug offender.

Rachelle Greathouse, 34, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was served Wednesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for first-degree felonies of trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine, along with two separate specifications for the forfeiture of money in a drug case and a major drug offender specification since the amount of cocaine was equal to or exceeded 100 grams.

According to the indictment, Greathouse allegedly prepared for shipment and possessed 200.65 grams of cocaine and possessed $1,363 and $250 on April 10.

Also served with secret indictments were:

— Desarae Callehan, 28, Grimms Bridge Road, East Liverpool, possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing cocaine on Jan. 7.

— Travis Keener, 36, state Route 154, Rogers, possession of fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing fentanyl on Feb. 18.

— Matthew Hormel, 40, East Martin Street, East Palestine, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly possessing an amount of methamphetamine equal to or exceeding bulk, but less than five times bulk on March 7.

LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of harming a woman and placing two children in danger during a domestic in 2022 was sentenced to 12 months in prison after violating his probation.

Harry Albert Baum IV, 37, St. George Street, appeared recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court for a probation revocation hearing. The charges against him included fourth-degree felony domestic violence and misdemeanors of resisting arrest and two counts of endangering children. A second charge of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, had been dismissed.

He received credit for 204 days already served.

Baum attempted to harm or physically harmed a woman, placing a 3-year-old child and an infant in danger and resisted arrest during the incident in the county on Feb. 3, 2022.

Also in Common Pleas:

— Robert Mercer, 30, Ottawa Trail, Negley, was placed on probation for three years for burglary, a third-degree felony, aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony, and misdemeanor domestic violence. Mercer had originally been charged with felonious assault and aggravated burglary. Charges of menacing and criminal trespassing were dismissed. The incident occurred Sept. 10, 2022 when he threatened and assaulted a man and woman while trespassing at an East Liverpool property .

— Lynsey Carroll, 22, Idaho Avenue, East Liverpool, was sentenced to nine months in prison for third-degree felony burglary and misdemeanor assault, with credit for nine days served. She was originally charged with aggravated burglary. Carroll and a male entered a residence on Mulberry Street, East Liverpool residence March 3 after an argument about a pizza delivered and allegedly assaulted a woman.

— Randall Wayne Keirns, 58, Akron, was sentenced to 36 months in prison after a jury found him guilty of compelling prostitution, a third-degree felony, and fifth-degree felony possession of criminal tools, with the jury finding the device or cell phone was used to commit the charge of compelling prostitution. A charge of engaging in prostitution, a misdemeanor, was dismissed by the prosecution prior to trial. On July 1, 2021, Keirns was accused of attempting to hire an undercover officer he believed to be a 16-year-old girl for sex, agreeing to pay $180 and making the arrangements on his phone, then traveling to East Palestine for the meeting. He was deemed a Tier II sexual offender with a requirement to report his address to law enforcement.

— Bradley A. Kendall, 56, Ann Arbor, Michigan, pleaded guilty to a lesser offense of attempted compelling prostitution and attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, both fourth-degree felonies, with sentencing set for Jan. 19. Charges of possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and engaging in prostitution, a first-degree misdemeanor, will be dismissed. Kendall traveled to East Palestine Nov. 1, 2022 after arranging to pay $200 for sex with an adult female and 15-year-old female in response to an online ad posted by a Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent.

— JonTay Johnson, 29, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was placed on probation for three years, with a requirement to complete the program at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center during sentencing for domestic violence, a third-degree felony, and misdemeanor obstructing official business. He received credit for 76 days served in jail. On April 5, 2022, Johnson was accused of choking a woman and pushing her head into a wall, causing bruising. When police approached him, he fled on foot and failed to listen to commands to stop, and was located several blocks away and taken into custody.

— Isaac Lemasters Jr., 53, Salineville Road West, Salineville, was placed on probation for three years and ordered evaluated to serve time at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center for fifth-degree felony permitting drug abuse and a misdemeanor of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He received credit for one day served in jail. A charge of tampering with evidence was dismissed. The charges stemmed from May 22, 2021 when he possessed drug paraphernalia and permitted his vehicle to be used for a drug abuse offense

— A charge of possession of drugs from a 2022 case was dismissed against Danielle Stanley, 34, Salem, who passed away.

— Joy Conn, 28, Canton, was placed on probation for three years after pleading guilty to fourth-degree felonies of receiving stolen property and and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanors of possessing drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to jail for 200 days, but received credit for 200 days served, leaving no time to serve. Conn possessed a stolen 2007 Mazda 3 at Dollar General on April 30 in Hanoverton, along with drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments. She possessed fentanyl and methamphetamine also.

— Justin Ramsey, 28, North Lima, was placed on probation for three years after pleading guilty to fourth-degree felony assault and misdemeanors of obstructing official business, driving under suspension and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. As part of probation, he was ordered evaluated for placement at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center to complete the program. His driver’s license was suspended for three years and he received a mandatory fine of $775. Ramsey was accused of causing physical harm to a Perry Township police patrolman by striking him in the face with the back of his head while the officer was attempting to secure him in the back of a cruiser on July 22 after Ramsey allegedly crashed his vehicle in Perry Township.

— Maiko Valoy, 40, Deltona, Fla., was sentenced to eight months in prison after pleading guilty to a lesser third-degree felony offense of attempted compelling prostitution and fourth-degree felony attempted unlawful sexual conduct. A charge of possessing criminal tools was dismissed. He received credit for131 days served in jail and was deemed a Tier II sexual offender requiring him to register with law enforcement. Valoy answered an undercover ad posted on a known prostitution website for a 15-year-old female and arranged for sexual conduct with the teen, who turned out to be an undercover agent, in exchange for money. He arrived in East Palestine on July 11 for the meeting.
