LISBON — A woman whose photo had been posted on the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office 10 Most Wanted List was served Wednesday with secret indictments from two separate 2020 cases.

Sarah Delpuppo, 46, whose last known address was listed as Westville Lake Road, Beloit, was indicted by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

According to the indictments, Delpuppo allegedly knowingly sold or offered to sell methamphetamine in the vicinity of a juvenile on Aug. 1, 2019. On July 4, 2019, she was accused of possessing methamphetamine while under the influence.

Also served with a secret indictment was Lonnie Barker, 40, Irish Ridge Road, East Liverpool, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly knowingly causing serious physical harm to a woman on May 10, 2023.

A Pennsylvania resident accused of stealing from Walmart in 2020 was served Tuesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for two fifth-degree felony counts. Taylor Vidmar, 28, Shippingport, Pa., was charged with theft and unauthorized use of a computer, cable or telecommunications property. The indictment alleged Vidmar deprived Walmart of $2,227 between Feb. 7, 2020 and March 20, 2020. The indictment was issued in March 2021.
