LISBON — A Columbiana man was ordered to serve up to six months at the Community Corrections Association as part of his probation for tampering with evidence and resisting arrest.
Justin Ingledue, 35, Fairfield School Road, appeared for sentencing Wednesday in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on the third-degree felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanor resisting arrest charges.
He was placed on probation under community control for three years, with part of the time to be spent in the program at CCA in Mahoning County.
Ingledue had been accused of causing physical harm to Deputy Jen Calko on April 16, 2022 after pulling away while being handcuffed and tossing a joint in the mud to destroy it after deputies responded to a domestic on Fairfield School Road.

— Angel Hartley, 49, Palissey Street, East Liverpool, was placed on probation for two years after pleading guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing oxycodone on Oct. 5, 2021.

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Christopher Hyler, 35, last known address Depot Road, Salem, was bound over to the county grand jury for three counts of assault a peace officer, all three fourth-degree felonies, and misdemeanor resisting arrest.
According to an affidavit, the Columbiana County Drug Task Force, Perry Township Police and the Adult Parole Authority responded to Fresh Mark in Salem on Aug. 11 to conduct a warrant arrest on Hyler.
Hyler allegedly bit the finger of an officer, causing the finger to go numb, while the officer was attempting to stop him from spitting on an Adult Parole Authority officer. Hyler also allegedly kicked at a Perry Township officer while actively resisting arrest.
A case against Harry Baum, 36, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly assaulting a woman on Aug. 28 in East Liverpool.
Baum was also ordered to spend one day in jail for violating his probation for an operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs case from 2022.
A preliminary hearing was set Dec. 14 for Joshua Marshall, 36, Canfield, charged with fifth-degree felony theft for allegedly taking $3,800 for a landscaping job at a New Waterford property and then failing to return to finish the work. He was supposed to arrive on June 19 and finish by July 1, but allegedly only stayed for two hours on June 19 and never came back.
A preliminary hearing was set Nov. 9 for William Dorsey, 50, Toledo, charged with fourth-degree felony promoting prostitution for allegedly transporting a woman to East Palestine on Nov. 1 to engage in a sex for hire arrangement.
Ashlee Morse, 37, Toledo, was fined $450 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for one day served, leaving 29 days to serve in jail, for possessing criminal tools and soliciting for traveling to East Palestine on Nov. 1 after arranging a sex for hire meeting for sexual activity with an undercover officer in exchange for money.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set Nov. 13 for William Munholand, 64, Gilson Road, Salem, charged with fifth-degree felony illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premise and aggravated menacing. Munholand allegedly pulled a a firearm out of his pants and pointed it at a bartender at the Flying Pig Saloon in Salem on Oct. 23.
A pretrial was set Dec. 18 for Stephen Rudy, 45, Ridgway, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and expired temporary tag for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for $140, then driving to East Palestine for the meeting on July 30..
Alexander Aratari, 37, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $350 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, for criminal trespass and possessing marijuana. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. He was told to have no contact with the victim. He was accused of knocking on a window at a property in Columbiana on Aug. 20. A charge of violating a protection order was dismissed for an April 20 incident in April in Washingtonville.
A pretrial was set Nov. 13 for Lisa Goodrich, 38, South Lundy Avenue, Salem, charged with permitting drug abuse and endangering children for allegedly allowing people associated with narcotics to stay in her home, with drug paraphernalia easily accessible to a 14-year-old living in the residence at the time on May 8. The Columbiana County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the residence and found narcotics pipes and a syringe.
Kayla Foster, 33, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, was ordered to jail for seven days, with credit for three days served, for violating her probation for misconduct at an emergency, a charge from a 2022 incident at a fire in Yellow Creek Township when she was yelling at firefighters and causing a scene.
Ashley Lindsay, 32, Salineville Road, Salineville, was sentenced to 16 days in jail, with credit for 16 days served, after violating her probation for a case of obstructing official business from 2019.
Devin Earich, 28, High Street, Leetonia, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 175 days suspended and credit for five days served, for assaulting a woman during a child’s birthday party in Leetonia on March 21.
A pretrial was set Feb. 13 for Kevin Yoho, 45, Alliance, charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing plastic straws with white powder residue, a digital scale and pipe with burnt residue, along with marijuana, on Oct. 2 in Center Township.
A pretrial was set Feb. 6 for Austin Bussey, 25, New Middletown, charged with possession of drugs for having marijuana on Oct. 19 in Columbiana.
A pretrial was set Feb. 6 for Stanley Pugh, 23, Etruria Street, East Liverpool charged with litter for allegedly allowing litter, including tires, junk and debris to accumulate on Oct. 19 on his property in East Liverpool.
Adam Price, 26, Youngstown, was fined $925 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI and tail lights. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.
Justin Boyd, 43, Camelot Drive, Columbiana, was fined $975 and sentenced to 90 day in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI and left of center. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted.
Breontez Young, 30, Hawley Avenue, was fined $1,430 and sentenced to 60 days in jail for OVI, marked lanes, no license and no seat belt, with his driver’s license suspended for three years, for a traffic stop June 27 in Butler Township. He was also fined $100 for possessing marijuana. The jail term was also ordered for violating his probation on two 2021 OVI cases.
Sean Bee, 44, Warren, was fined $1,630 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 275 days suspended, leaving 90 days to serve for OVI third offense, no seat belt and reasonable control. His driver’s license was suspended for five years and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.
Aaron Steed, 32, Massillon, was fined $555 and sentenced to nine days in jail, with credit for nine days served, for OVI, open container and loud exhaust. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.
Dustin Dorff, 33, Winona Road, Winona, was fined $430 and sentenced to two days in jail, with credit for two days served, for driving under suspension, failure to control, failure to stop after an accident and no seat belt.
Andrea Brown, 46, Canton, was fined $175 for driving under suspension and expired registration.
David Crooms, 56, Hammondsville, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and speeding in a school zone.
Christopher Baran, 49, Monaca, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation, amended from parking prohibitions.
A pretrial was set Feb. 13 for Rebecca Miller, 41, Scotts Mill Road, Rogers, charged with speeding.
A pretrial was set Nov. 9 for Chad Haught, 41, Weirton, W.Va., charged with speeding.
