Grand Jury

LISBON — Jarell A. Washington, 34, Youngstown, was served a secret indictment on drug charges out of the Columbiana County Grand Jury while at the Columbiana County Jail Sept. 29.

Washington is charged with illegal conveyance of drugs into a detention facility, a third-degree felony, and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing alprazolam without a prescription while at a detention facility April 9, 2022.
