2 tornadoes confirmed in Columbiana County
(WKBN) — The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh toured damage in two areas on Monday following severe weather that rolled through the Valley on Sunday afternoon. Survey results concluded that three tornadoes touched down. Two of those tornadoes occurred in Columbiana County. One of these was in Salem, and the other formed later along the path closer to the Ohio/Pennsylvania border. Another tornado was confirmed in Jefferson County in west-central Pennsylvania, north of Punxsutawney.
