MASSILLON -- Deloris J. Newcomer, age 95, of Massillon, died on Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, at The Inn at University Village, Massillon.
She was born on Aug. 7, 1931, in New Springfield, daughter of the late Alvin and Hazel Tessean Sansenbaugher.
Deloris had worked as a toll booth operator for the Ohio Turnpike and was a member of Dueber Church, Canton.
Her husband, Glenn Curtis Newcomer, whom she married on Oct. 20, 1951, preceded her in death on Oct. 28, 2020.
Deloris is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Glenn) Payne of Canton; son, Larry (Joyce) Newcomer of Dangerfield, Texas; three grandchildren, Matthew (Jana) Newcomer, Stephanie (Maikel) Padron and Alison Newcomer; and three great-grandchildren, Elle, Kainin and Lucas.
She was preceded in death by a twin brother, Clyde Sansenbaugher.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Burial will take place at Columbiana Cemetery, Columbiana.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
