The ride was over for Richard Randolph, Jr. of Lisbon when he wrecked his 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass on Roller Coaster Road near Lisbon around 11 p.m. Thursday. According to highway patrol Sgt. Adam Shonk, who found this bottle of rum while inventorying the car, Randolph is being cited for OVI and failure to control. Randolph was not injured in the crash. The Lisbon Fire Department responded to the scene because it was thought Randolph's car was on fire. There was no fire, but firefighters remained on scene for a short time to assist with traffic control.
