LISBON -- A May 2 preliminary hearing was set in County Municipal Court for Cody L. Jones, 29, Mill Street, Salineville, charged with two counts domestic violence. On Wednesday, Jones allegedly harmed his girlfriend, Brandi Jo Glover's neck and throat and struck Todd Sevek, his cousin, on the side of the head when he tried to break up the fight between Jones and Glover.
Derek J. Thompson, 24, Hazel Alley, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $300 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct and inducing panic. Thompson was found lying unresponsive on the ground outside a Wellsville Independence Square apartment and did not respond to Narcan. He was transported East Liverpool City Hospital.
Josie M. McKinley, 25, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $975, had her license suspended for a year, credited with a day jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, loud exhaust and obstructing official business amended from tampering with evidence for removing her handcuffs to retrieve a roach from inside her shirt.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Christopher A. Williams, 29, Pearl Street, Leetonia, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
Brandon S. Dorsey, 33, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $705, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Dalton M. Cunningham, 22, Lincoln Street, Salineville, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly becoming upset with police parked along the street outside his house while they were attempting to serve a warrant on someone else, causing a scene and inquiring about police business to officers, dispatch in Lisbon and neighbors in the area on Saturday.
A June 11 pretrial was set for Anthony W. Bunnell, 26, Massillon, charged with menacing for allegedly threatening to beat Kimberly Law, an employee of the Steel Valley Gas Station, Hanoverton, after he had an issue with the store's ATM machine. Additionally, he allegedly threatened to come back and get her.
Patrick L. Griffith, 39, Maple Hill Road, Salineville, was fined $200 and credited with 10 days in jail for resisting arrest by refusing to follow commands, pushing and pulling away and lying on the ground during the handcuff procedure.
A June 11 pretrial was set for Stephanie S. MacPhail, 31, Swanzey, N.H., charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Robert J. Lutman, 43, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was fined $250 and credited with two days served in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for striking his daughter on March 9.
Ronald T. Simpson, 42, North Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, pleaded no contest to criminal trespassing and a sentencing hearing was set for May 30. Simpson was riding an ATV on Tuesday on property owned by Aaron Stevens on Failer Road, clearly marked with a no trespassing sign.
A June 6 pretrial was set for Raymond C. McCulley, 37, Spartan Road, Salineville, charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct for allegedly going to a Salineville Road West home while intoxicated on Tuesday, going to the back door, knocking on the door and asking the homeowner for beer when he has been warned by police numerous times in the past not to harass his neighbors for money, beer, car rides or other requests.
Jan Kevin Reid II, 32, Warren, was fined $300 for driving under FRA suspension.
A June 11 pretrial was set for Joseph A. Long, 42, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with public intoxication.
Brian N. Spinks, 33, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $150 and credited with three days in jail for disorderly conduct for being intoxicated Saturday, staggering around an Elm Street, Leetonia, property and refusing commands by police to stop being loud.
Jarred Chestnut, 27, East Maryland Avenue, Sebring, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Ronald M. Vonkaenel, 52, Louisville, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Briana K. Post, 29, state Route 164, Salineville, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
Collin Dunn, 22, Youngstown, was fined $125 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Renee L. Strabala, 52, Penn Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for public intoxication.
Karen S. Steed, 49, South Lane, Hanoverton, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for public intoxication.
Terri L. Hawke, 56, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for public intoxication.
Rene M. Vincente, 36, Vine Avenue, Salem, was fined $130 for expired license and a red light violation.
Robert E. Lee, 33, Stockton, Calif., was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Nichelle Lee Helman, 27, Bank Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
A May 20 pretrial was set for Kristopher T. Elsass, 59, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.
Logan Phillip Stewart, 23, Jefferson Street, Salem, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Louis J. Tuttle, 60, Monroeville Heights, Salineville, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from assured clear distance.
