College playoffs remain at 12 teams
(AP) — The College Football Playoff resolved a few of its thorny issues Friday — including how to deal with Notre Dame — but left the toughest one unresolved, staying at 12 teams for next year and failing to expand the postseason to 16 or more. Turkey shoots on Sundays CHESTER, W.Va. — The Chester-Newell Sportsmen’s Club will hold turkey shoots on Sundays from Jan. 31 through April 12. Sign-ups start at 9:30 a.m. Shoots begin at 10 a.m. Cost is $3 per shot and $5 for the money shoot or you can do all the shoots for $30.
