BELOIT — West Branch freshman Madi Hoopes received a scholarship offer from Youngstown State University before the basketball season began. More are expected after what she did in her first high school season. CLEVELAND (AP) — Mitchell Mesenbrink and Levi Haines each won their second individual championship Saturday to help Penn State win its fifth consecutive team title at the NCAA men’s wrestling championships.
