Geiss, Kersey headed back to Columbus
CUYAHOGA HEIGHTS — Heartland Christian senior Rebecca Geiss advanced to the state track meet for the fourth straight year, while Wellsville senior Clayten Kersey in making it two in a row. Both earned runner-up finishes at the Cuyahoga Heights Division V regional meet Thursday. Geiss was second in the girls 3200-meter run in a season-best time of 10 minutes, 54.77 seconds.
