HUBBARD 31, BEAVER 0
HUBBARD -- Beaver Local came into Friday's game with Hubbard needing a spark in a season that had stalled out with two consecutive losses.
Using a run heavy offense, the Eagles added to Beaver's mid-season woes with a 31-0 win.
Beaver Local, who shot out the gate with a 4-0 start to the season, falls to 4-3. Hubbard moves to 4-3.
Quarterback Dylan BuCher got the Eagles on the board first with a 1-yard touchdown keeper on fourth down with 4:50 left in the first quarter.
Following a Beaver Local fumble on its own 5, Hubbard made it 14-0 with a 3-yard run on fourth down by 6-2, 245-pound running back Antonio Burkley with 7:07 in the second quarter.
Hubbard drove the ball inside the Beaver 5 with less than a minute to play in the first half but had to settle for a 19-yard Nate Reel field goal with 12 seconds left.

After a failed Beaver Local fake punt attempt at midfield set Hubbard up with good field position on its first drive of the second half, BuCher hit Colten Yobe on a 20-yard touchdown pass to put the score at 24-0 with 5:37 left in the third quarter.
After a Nolan Irving fumble recovery late in the third quarter, Beaver Local had its best chance to put points on the board but the drive ended with Reid Schwerha throwing an interception to BuChera near the goalline.
